Questions
What counts as a download?
Each Premium design you download uses one download from your month. Downloading the same design again in the same month is free.
What happens to downloads I do not use?
They do not carry over. Your downloads start again each month from the day your plan began.
Do I still get the free designs?
Yes. Free designs have their own daily allowance and never use your plan's downloads.
How do I pay?
After you send a request we contact you and explain the payment options. You do not pay anything on this page.
Can I change or renew my plan?
Yes. Send a new request from this page. Renewing the same plan adds a month after your current one. A different plan starts straight away.
